Harold Schmale

Harold has been in real estate since 1985 and has been Logan County Realtor Board President 4 times as well as Realtor of the Year in 1997 and 2011.  His wife Cindy, is a retired teacher who now works with Harold at the office.  Harold and Cindy are the parents of three boys.  He enjoys working with buyers and sellers to help them relocate.

John Handke

John has lived in Sterling since 1978. He is a graduate of Sterling High School and holds a college degree in Business Administration. His strive for excellence and dedication stems from his time spent in Army Special Operations. These same qualities are projected to his service in real estate.

Andrew J. Pickens

As a Broker Associate with Schmale Realty since June of 1996, Andy has been successful in the real estate business, specializing in residential and investment property sales and listings. He was named Realtor of the Year for 2001. Andy utilizes knowledge gained through 14 years of experience in the savings & loan business.  He and his family have lived in Colorado since 1978, including Greeley, Denver, Aurora, Akron, Fleming, and now in Sterling. Carol Waterman

A leader is defined as someone with a vision and the ability to inspire others to help achieve that vision.  As the 96-97 President of the Logan County Board of Realtors, Carol received the Realtor of the Year award for her efforts to help local flood disaster victims.  With 27 years real estate experience, Carol is very knowledgeable, as well as caring and committed — three very important qualities in a realtor.
